- Step 2. Personality test: With the assistance of psychiatrist a personality test is conducted to discover own personality and raise self-awareness on areas of strength in a learning and working experience.
- Step 3: Report Received: A psychiatrist analysis is undertaken and evaluation of the report is given to define career path.
- Step 4. final plan: Student takes the reports does mind maps the information using a series of tools such as swat analysis. Then a follow up session may be required.
